Industrial Facilities (IW-P) Permit

• If you are constructing or modifying a new system or process, submit plans to the Department’s Environmental Plan Review Section and obtain approval.
• Complete and submit the IW-P Operating Permit Application Package for New Sources and pay the applicable Annual Operating Permit fee.
• Depending on the location of the facility to be permitted, one of the following must be provided:
  • A Certificate of Use (CU) application for facilities located in unincorporated Miami-Dade County or;
  • A municipal Occupational License (OL) or Certificate of Use (CU) application for facilities located within a municipality.

Applicable fees include Environmental Plan Review fees and Annual Operating Permit fees. Annual Operating Permit fee. Annual Operating Permit fees are based on the maximum permitted daily volume of wastewater discharged to the sanitary sewer system. Please see the Fee Schedule.
