Multi-Channel Marketing

Communications and Customer Experience(CCED) serves as the County's central point of contact for marketing and advertising placement. It produces award-winning marketing and branding campaigns that communicate important information to our residents in creative ways.

We offer full-service creative design services and a wide variety of design solutions for all County departments. We work closely with departments to provide graphic and translation support to meet the needs of the departments. Departments may request branding and design services in developing collateral for all material that inform and educate county residents as well as special projects. The design team maintains a high standard of quality for collateral produced by the various County departments.

It is the policy of the Office of the Mayor that all design services for County departments be administered by Communications unless they are among those that exemption has been granted. This ensures that all branding and quality assurance is followed.
