The event will take place on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at 17530 West Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach. The Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department is excited to announce the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of the $704k bridge structural renovation project at Greynolds Park, a designated Miami-Dade County Heritage Park. The event will take place on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at 17530 West Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach. This transformative project focused on the structural renovations of three pedestrian bridges within the park, enhancing safety while maintaining the natural charm of the surroundings. The new bridge allows visitors to enjoy tranquil walks along the mangrove trail, offering breathtaking views of the park’s lakes. This initiative underscored Miami-Dade County Parks’ dedication to conservation, stewardship, and creating meaningful connection between people and parks. Miami-Dade County Parks Director Maria I. Nardi and District 4 Commissioner Micky Steinberg will deliver remarks at this event emphasizing the significance of these improvements and the impact on the community.
