On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and members
of the Board of County Commissioners will hold a press conference to discuss the importance
of staying vigilant and preparing for the start of hurricane season, as well as potential
flooding and extreme heat.

of the Board of County Commissioners will hold a press conference to discuss the importance
of staying vigilant and preparing for the start of hurricane season, as well as potential
flooding and extreme heat.</p>
<p>Mayor Levine Cava will provide information to remind residents about the importance
of being prepared for extreme weather and getting homes, families, and businesses
weather-ready.</p>
<p>Remarks will made in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole and American Sign Language. </p>
