14-Year-Old Shot

MIAMI-DADE ( June 03, 2025 )–
The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office, General Investigations Unit, is investigating a shooting where a 14-year-old was shot.
According to investigators, a verbal altercation ensued in the area of 8000 NW 7 Street between two individuals. The subject produced a firearm and shot the victim, and fled in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to the nearest hospital by friends, and later transported to Ryder Trauma Center, and is currently in stable condition.
The investigation continues.
Update #1: The subject has been identified, arrested, and charged accordingly.
