On Tuesday, July 22, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Miami-Dade County Commission Vice Chairman Kionne L. McGhee will break ground on Hibiscus Grove, a new affordable and workforce housing development in South Dade.
Hibiscus Grove will include 270 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all designated as affordable housing for households earning 30%, 60%, or 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
The Integra Florida development will also feature approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space along Hibiscus Street and 2,700 square feet of community center space on Homestead Avenue, which will be leased to the West Perrine Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for the benefit of the community.
