Luis Sierra [email protected] 305-471-1900 Man Arrested in Sexual Assault Case Man Arrested in Sexual Assault Case The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO), Special Victims Bureau, Sexual Crimes Investigations Unit, have made an arrested in a Sexual Assault case. According to investigators, Daysnel Hernandez approached a white female victim and struck her in the back of the head with a rock. The defendant proceeded to cover the victim's mouth and held a screwdriver to her neck, forcing her to perform sexual acts on him.  Through investigative means MDSO detectives were able to track and identify Daysnel Hernandez as the primary subject. He was later detained and charged accordingly. The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO), Special Victims Bureau, Sexual Crimes Investigations Unit, have made an arrested in a Sexual Assault case.
