On Thursday, July 10, at 11:00 a.m., Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County District 12 Commissioner Juan Carlos “JC” Bermudez , and Chief of Public Safety James Reyes, along with the design builder Suffolk Construction, will celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Integrated Command and Communications Center (IC3). Located in the City of Sweetwater, the 12-story state-of-the-art facility will feature mixed-use office space, a training center, and parking garage with a protected pedestrian bridge linking the new facility to the existing Lightspeed Building.
