The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO), Special Victims Unit (SVU) has arrested an individual in connection to a lewd and lascivious (L&L) molestation and L&L conduct on a minor. According to investigators, the victim informed MDSO uniformed deputies that the subject, who is a pastor at her church, fondled her buttocks, rubbed her thigh, and attempted to kiss her on several occasions, while on church grounds.  In addition, the victim's mother reported she read inappropriate text messages the subject sent her daughter, which caused her concern.  Through investigative means, SVU detectives were able to obtain an arrest warrant for the subject, 50-year-old Elco Vallier, who lives in Loxahatchee, FL.  With the assistance of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBCSO), the subject was arrested for the Miami-Dade warrant.
