Commissioner Bastien announces 2026 Small Business Grant for District 2

Commissioner Marleine Bastien’s 2026 Small Business Grant Program applications are available starting Friday, May 29, through Friday, June 12, 2026, and can be downloaded online or picked up in-person at Commissioner Bastien’s District Office, 915 NE 125th St., Suite 2A, Miami, FL 33161.

Completed applications will be accepted from Monday, June 8, through Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Applications must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope to Commissioner Bastien’s District Office. No late applications will be accepted.

Small business owners in Miami-Dade County’s District 2 are invited to apply if they meet the following criteria:

• Business must be in operation for at least one year.
• Must be a for-profit business.
• A physical address is required. No P.O. Box as mailing address allowed.
• Home-base businesses can apply.
• The Selection Committee can consider special projects.

There is a mandatory informational workshop explaining the program requirements on Monday, June 8, at 6:00 p.m. at Arcola Lakes Senior Center, 8401 NW 14th Ave., Miami, FL 33147.
