On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, detectives from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, Special Victims Bureau, arrested Mr. Heihachiro Nakashima, who was a former band teacher at a local Charter School located at 22655 SW 112 Avenue, for engaging in Lewd or Lascivious activity with a student.  According to the Investigation the subject started a sexual relationship back in March 2026 with one of his students who was 15 years old at that time. The subject continued the sexual relationship with the student until June 2026 when the relationship was discovered.  The subject was arrested and charged accordingly. MIAMI-DADE ( July 15, 2026 )–

On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, detectives from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, Special Victims Bureau, arrested Mr. Heihachiro Nakashima, who was a former band teacher at a local Charter School located at 22655 SW 112 Avenue, for engaging in Lewd or Lascivious activity with a student.
