Cultural Center Plaza Rentals

You and your guests can experience the ambiance and style of a classic Mediterranean city plaza.

Designed by famous Post-modern architect Phillip Johnson as a public gathering place, the Cultural Center Plaza is framed by buildings housing the Miami-Dade Public Library and HistoryMiami. It is located in the heart of downtown Miami at 101 West Flagler Street.

The Plaza can entertain groups of 50 or more. It has space for up to 600 people at a formal sit-down dinner or 1,200 at a cocktail reception.

Our special event coordinator will assist you in staging your event from your first inquiry through that magical night of your event.

Imagine being transported in time to this oasis of culture and elegance as you ascend the covered walk, alongside the cascading waters of the illuminated marble fountain. As you enter the Plaza, you hear strolling musicians under a full Miami moon and see a star-filled sky accentuating the beauty of the Mediterranean evening.
