Residential solid waste service fees

Listed below are the fees for various residential solid waste services, for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2026). For most residential customers of the department, the waste service fee is not billed directly. It is part of your annual property tax bill, listed as a non-ad valorem assessment. Please note most of our customers receive Garbage, Trash, TRC and Recycling service.

Single Family, Duplex, Triplex, Quad

- Garbage & Recycling (Multi-family collection per living unit) – $281
- TRC Access (only) – $178
- Recycling Service (only) – $102
- Additional Waste Cart (direct bill) – $162
- Replace Waste Cart without a police report (direct bill, one-time fee) – $75
- Curbside Trash (bulky) per cubic yard (direct bill) – $32
- Removal/Disposal Of Contaminated Recycling Cart (direct bill, after third violation) – $162
Multi-Family (Residential Service)
- Residential Dumpster & TRC – $542
If in a special case, you received a bill for waste collection service fees or additional cart fees, you may pay your bill online. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted and there are no convenience charges for paying online. Customers who receive a bill can also pay by mail or in person.
