  Initiate, track, or manage transactions for County-owned real property offered through public sale. This portal facilitates the full lifecycle of competitive solicitations, sealed bids, surplus property sales, and tax deed foreclosures under the Miami-Dade Public Auction Process.

• Permits

  Submit requests to order comprehensive title searches, ownership verifications, and encumbrance checks on target properties.

• Appraisal Requests

  Request independent, fair market value property assessments required to baseline prices for County sales, leases, or purchases.

• County Asset Management Requests

  Submit, monitor, and manage requests regarding the County’s real estate portfolio.
