Microsoft Copilot Chat

Microsoft Copilot Chat is a secure AI assistant that helps County employees work more efficiently. This powerful tool integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 apps and offers enterprise-grade security to protect County data. 

You can access Copilot through m365copilot.com, the Microsoft 365 Copilot app or directly within Teams and Outlook. The platform helps you summarize documents, draft content and get quick answers to your questions.

OpenAI ChatGPT for Teams 

ChatGPT for Teams is OpenAI's enterprise solution that provides secure, collaborative AI capabilities for organizations. This version includes enhanced security features, administrative controls, and team-wide collaboration tools. Key features include: 

  • Team-wide prompt sharing and management 
  • Enhanced data privacy and security controls 
  • Analytics and usage tracking 
  • Custom knowledge base integration

County employees interested in obtaining ChatGPT for Teams licenses should submit a request through the MyIT portal. Please include your department and business justification in the ticket.
