Marketing Materials

Use these printable marketing materials to help get the word out about the 2020 Census. This is the quickest way to produce ready-to-go documents.

Open the file you downloaded by using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it for free now.
Print out the desired number of copies and share it with your customers and collaborators.

This takes a couple of more steps, but you’ll be able to showcase your organization as a Census supporter.
Directions:
1. Download the flyer on your computer.
2. Open the file you downloaded by using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it for free now.
3. Locate the image placeholder at the bottom of the document. Note: Documents may have multiple placeholders.
4. Click the placeholder to upload your logo.
5. Browse to the file location of your logo and then double-click it to add it to the document.
6. Click “Save As” and give your file a new name.
Note: Your image should meet the following specifications:
- File format: PNG file (transparent background)
- Max dimensions: W:1.5” x H:0.85”
- For contrast, use a white version of your brand when adding it to a dark background, and use a dark or full-color version when adding it to a white background.
