Community Meetings and Events

Through engaging in-person activities hosted in conjunction with OHP’s annual History Collaborative, the Burial Grounds Context Study will incorporate our first hosted Cemetery Clean Up led by the professional staff of the Florida Public Archaeology Network together with OHP, HistoryMiami and Miami-Dade Public Library System.

Join us for a day to honor our history by learning best practices and care for historic cemeteries as we engage in discussion, learn and listen while joining hands to preserve a local historic cemetery.

How can you get involved?
  • Submit a Burial Grounds Historic Context Study form online or in person and share your story
  • Attend the 4th Annual History Collaborative to share your experience and tell us what is important to you
