South Dade Park Area Study

An area study related to the unique architectural, historic, and aesthetic character of the neighborhood located generally between the SW 272nd and 296th Streets and from U.S. 1 to Krome Avenue is currently ongoing and will analyze the development of a community specific recommendations for the study area.

A public community meeting took place at the Naranja Branch Library on May 21, 2026.

- Changes in land use and zoning in the area
