Zoning Verification

To obtain written verification of zoning, please fill out a copy of the Zoning Verification Request Form and submit it at the Public Hearings Counter on the 11th Floor of the Stephen P. Clark Center. The form will not be accepted unless it includes the property folio number and property address.

Fee information is included in the Zoning Verification Request Form. Only one folio number will be accepted for each Zoning Verification Request Form.

Please make the cashier's check or money order payable to "Miami-Dade County" and send your request to:
