How do I replenish my Miami-Dade Transit Easy Card

Miami-Dade Transit EASY Cards can be replenished at:

• Any Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) at all Metrorail stations (cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express) - funds available immediately)
• Golden Glades Park and Ride Lot 16000 State Road 9 (NW 7^th Ave)
• Miami International Airport at the MIA bus terminal, Terminal E lower level (arrivals), across from short-term parking
• Any Transit Passes sales outlets (cash, checks or credit cards - funds available immediately)
• Miami-Dade Transit's Service Center
  • Government Center Metrorail Station Monday to Friday 7am to 6 pm, excluding holidays, or (cash, checks or credit cards - funds available immediately)
• Online - Money loaded online has a 15 to 20 minutes delay to show up on the card when tapped on the buses by visiting MDT's website (credit/debit cards only) -

• Or by calling the EASY Card Answer Center at 786-469-5151 from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (credit/debit cards only) (funds available within 24 business hours)

Replenishing K-12 EASY Card for students:

• Customer may be asked to provide proof of Student status (Student ID, curriculum, etc.)

EASY Card holders (who are not part of a corporation) can set up automatic replenishment or modify automatic deductions:

• By visiting MDT EASY Card website and following the steps

NOTE:  EASY Tickets cannot be replenished online and cannot be registered for protection against loss or theft.

Monthly passes and parking permits can be loaded onto the EASY Card from the 20th of the current month until the 10th of the following month. (i.e. Nov passes can be purchased beginning on the 20th of Oct until the 10th of Nov to be used for the month of November.)  Patrons also purchase monthly parking permits only for $45.00 without the monthly pass.

When loading the Card at the TVM, customers can select any of the  Fares options to add either one of the following: 

• One Monthly
• Two Weekly
• Two Daily
• Cash Value

NOTE: All passes are good for use until 2:00 am on the expiration date.
