Volunteer to clean and restore environmentally endangered lands

Join us for the new Environmentally Endangered Lands (EEL) Program season. Volunteer with EEL to help us restore and maintain environmentally sensitive lands in Miami-Dade County.
The EEL Program manages over 28,000 acres of land all over the county, including critically imperiled pine rocklands. While this task is not easy, together, we will help protect and restore our rare native habitats by removing invasive plants, enhancing trails, restoring native vegetation and conducting cleanup activities.

- Monday, Oct. 6 - Urban Forest Habitat Restoration - World Habitat Day at School Board Pineland
- Saturday, Oct. 25 - Coastal Strand and Dune Restoration - International Day of Climate Action at Crandon Park and Preserve
