Miami-Dade Parks' Girls Got Game returns to Tropical Park

Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS) will once again celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with the return of Girls Got Game, taking place on Saturday, Feb.7, at Tropical Park Stadium, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The annual event invites girls ages 6–17 to participate in a dynamic, hands-on sports experience featuring golf, netball, soccer, hockey and volleyball. Participants will rotate through interactive clinics led by coaches and athletes, designed to promote teamwork, physical fitness and confidence—while having fun in a supportive park setting.
Girls Got Game is part of Miami-Dade Parks’ ongoing commitment to providing inclusive, accessible recreational opportunities that encourage girls to explore sports, build leadership skills, and develop a lifelong connection to active, healthy living.
This event is free and open to the public. All participants must pre-register via ParkLink to participate or call Courtney De Stefano at 786-527-0322. Registration opens Jan. 1.
