This month celebrates special historic and cultural places and spaces that make our communities unique. This year, Historic Preservation Month focuses on people saving places, honoring those individuals and groups who work tirelessly to protect and highlight our historic gems.
The Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources' Office of Historic Preservation thanks everyone who joins in efforts to preserve history and historic places in Miami-Dade County. The department will be spotlighting some of the people who help contribute to these efforts throughout the month on social media and looks forward to sharing their stories.
