Learn about new building recertification procedures at public workshops

Miami-Dade County has had a building recertification program since 1975, which was amended this year with new requirements. The recertification program has been strengthened to include inspecting additional building components and providing a more detailed look into existing buildings.
To help building owners, condo associations, design professionals and others who may be interested in understanding the new requirements and procedures for completing recertifications, the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources is hosting a series of virtual workshops.
