The Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, Division of Environmental Resources Management (RER-DERM) will host a free webinar focused on upcoming changes to the Class I permit process. To expedite the regulatory review process, reduce the processing time associated with sketch submittals and streamline the requirements for pending items before permit issuance, the Coastal Resources Section will implement changes to the Class I application process requirements.
The free webinar takes place from 10 a.m. - noon on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
