Active Older Adults Program

Miami-Dade Parks' Active Older Adults programs provide fitness, leisure, and social activities for adults 55 and older. Our goal is to maintain and improve the health and well-being of older adults by engaging the body, mind and spirit.

Program activities vary from park to park and include, but are not limited to:

  • Cardio Fitness
  • Tai Chi
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Walk 4 Life
  • Lunch
  • Bingo and Pokeno
  • Sewing
  • Ceramics
  • Singing/Choir
  • Field Trips
