Keep your kids active, fit and engaged during the spring school break with one of our affordable Fit2Play Spring Break Camps for youth ages 6 to 14 years of age.
Fit2Play Camps focus on a variety of activities from fitness, sports, and arts and crafts to games and exciting field trips. The cost for these camps is $45 per week.
Partcipants must pre-register. There must be a minimum of 15 confirmed participants in order to run the camp. If there are less than 15 participants registered, Miami-Dade Parks reserves the right to suspend the program.
Children with disabilities are welcome at all Miami-Dade Parks' programs. Contact the park manager to develop an inclusion plan as early as possible. Miami-Dade County offers inclusive services for children with disabilities. Please contact 786-479-1256 by March 13.

Spring has sprung, and things are starting to transform! Come get to know our animals and the amazing adaptations that help them survive and thrive through every season.Camp Meal Plan:
A lunch plan packed by Zoo Miami's Taste of the Wild catering service is available for an additional $50 per week. The Meal Plan includes a main dish, one side, and a drink.Camp Adopt-An-Animal:
Bring home all the fun of camp and support the Zoo's wildlife enrichment by adopting an animal! Each Mini Camp will feature a different animal based on the day's activities. Let your child explore the wild side of the parks in this nature-based camp packed with fun and educational programming. Campers will perform scientific experiments, go on environmental field trips, and engage in athletic activities in the great outdoors while under the safety of our staff's supervision.

At Deering Estate Spring Camp, campers will get hooked on the world of marine biology and will reel in the fun while exploring our Mangrove Forests, Salt Marshes, and Seagrass Beds. Through dissections, experiments, crafts, and hikes, campers will be diving into a week of aquatic exploration to emerge as coastal defenders. The camp is from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The cost is $200 for a five-day session. No daily rate is available. Register online.
Please bring lunch and snacks, refillable water bottle, closed-toe shoes, change of clothes, sunblock and bug spray, and hat and sunglasses.
