Fall camps are offered from Nov. 25 to Nov. 27 in various Miami-Dade Parks locations throughout the County.
We are open for full-day programming Nov. 25 - Nov. 27, 2024 at the following parks. There is a one-time $15 registration fee, plus a $9 fee per day. Pumpkins & Pawprints
Let's get cozy and discover nature's most colorful season! Create delightful pumpkin treats for our furry friends, and uncover the secret stories hidden in the pawprints left behind on a fall forest floor.
Camp Meal Plan
We offer a packed lunch add-on option provided by Zoo Miami's Taste of the Wild catering service! Meal Plan includes main dish, and two sides. Meal Plan may be purchased during registration at an additional cost, campers who do not purchase the Meal Plan must bring a packed lunch.
Camp Adopt-an-Animal
Bring home all the fun of Camp and support the Zoo's wildlife enrichment by adopting an animal! Each week will feature a different animal based on the week's activities. Discounted package includes plush animal, certificate of adoption, fact sheet, and animal photo by Ron Magill that will be sent home with your child at the end of the day.

Totally Bugging
Campers will bug out as they explore the natural areas on a bug hunt for the diverse insects that can be found at Deering Estate. They will contribute to our native garden by building bug hotels!
Tuesday, Nov. 21
Time Travelers
Campers will travel back to learn about various cultures of Deering Estates history through a mock archeologist excavation and during a Historic House Tour scavenger hunt.
