Local Roadways Permitting Authority

In compliance with Ordinance No. 21-99, below is a list of roadways that the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has deemed necessary for the appropriate traffic movement on the County’s roadway network.

As such, and in accordance with section 2-103.1 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, DTPW has assumed permitting authority over the roadways listed on this page, which may be subject to change from time to time.

Any permits on these roadways are to be directed to DTPW’s online permitting system.
