TCT afterschool program:

• The Children’s Trust funded afterschool program is for children ages 6-14. This is a free program, with a one-time registration fee of $15
• Each weekday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the school year

• The Children’s Trust funded camp program is for children ages 6-14. This is free program, with a one-time registration fee of $15.

Active Older Adults Program: Adults 55 and older are invited to enjoy our free Active Older Adults program at Goulds Park and other select Miami-Dade Parks. Activities vary from park to park and may include fitness classes, games, field trips and arts activities. Call the park office for the current activity schedule. Indoor Fitness Center:

Get fit with Miami-Dade Parks and become a member of the Indoor Fitness Center at Oak Grove Park. Membership cost is just $5/month, and a $12 one-time initiation fee.

Fitness center features the following equipment/amenities/fitness classes:

• Active Older Adults Program (Zumba, Tai Chi)
• Cardio machines
• Muscle targeting machines
• Free weights and kettle balls
• Weighted medicine balls
