Mobile Homes and Trailers
It is illegal to place, store or use a mobile home outside an approved mobile home park in Miami-Dade County.
A mobile home can be placed on a construction site and used by one family as a temporary home while a building permit is active and the permit is for a building under construction.
To report any potential problems, please call 3-1-1 or report a property via email to [email protected].
