Condominium associations, cooperative associations and homeowners’ associations (HOA’s) are required to register annually with the Regulatory and Economic Resources’ Consumer and Neighborhood Protection Division to comply with the Ordinance for the Registration of Community Associations by Sunday, Feb. 1.
