The Real Estate Division administers countywide joint real estate development, real property lease negotiations and management, property acquisition and sales. All inquiries related to County property, whether informational or requiring some action, are usually funneled through the Real Estate Division.

When County-owned real property that is not needed for County purposes has been declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, it is offered for sale to the general public.
