The primary goal for this key focus area is to leverage AI to transform public services and enhance the quality of life for County residents. The objective is to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery, ultimately enhancing government transparency and accountability.

AI use cases will be released for public testing and feedback at the Future-Ready Innovation Labs. Based on our organizational assessment, we have identified several high-priority AI projects that align with County goals and offer significant potential for improving services and operations.

• Innovation Incubation:
  1. Establish a sandbox and Future-Ready Innovation Lab to foster collaboration, partnerships, experimentation, and development of AI solutions addressing specific government challenges
• Public Service Enhancement:
  1. Implement AI-powered chatbots for personalized service delivery
  2. Develop AI-driven predictive maintenance systems for public infrastructure
• Operational Efficiency:
  1. Utilize AI for automating repetitive administrative tasks, enhancing predictive analytics, and improving decision-making processes
  2. Implement document automation and automated compliance reporting systems
