Share Your Ideas on the Community-Based Organization (CBO) Grant Program

Priority 11: Strengthened Partnership with Community 
The Office of Management & Budget is seeking community input to enhance the County's Community-Based Organization (CBO) Grant Program which funds community-based organizations (CBOs). CBOs include nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups, and other formal and informal initiatives that provide social services to assist Miami-Dade residents with their human, educational, economic, health, or public safety needs.

Surveys - Share your ideas

If you are a resident, community-based organization leader or someone who can share expertise on the subject, please take the survey. Your input will help the County determine the best use of program dollars.

To qualify for the Resident Survey, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Miami-Dade County for more than half of the year.

To qualify for the CBO Leader Survey, you must be at least 18 years of age, and be able to represent the perspectives, experiences, and needs of a specific CBO that provides services in Miami-Dade County.

To qualify as a Subject Advisor for this survey, you should possess a specialization or credential in subjects relevant to CBO impact. These may stem from advanced academic study, thought-leadership, consulting, or other.

Discussion Forums & Public Comments

The Dec. 2022 series of Discussion Forums consists of more than a dozen meetings. Each is an opportunity to further enrich our understanding of opportunities to enhance the CBO Grant Program. Meetings will be held via Zoom and Registration is required.

Constructive thoughts and ideas are welcome on any topic that may help inform the CBO Grant Program. Comment as an individual or on behalf of an organization or group. Comment in English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole.
