The Building Efficiency 305 (BE305) program aims to improve water and energy efficiency in existing private and public facilities countywide. Buildings waste 30 percent of their energy and water due to inefficiencies and poor operation. The program includes trainings, financing resources and best management practices for those who would like to get involved and improve their property’s energy efficiencies. In the upcoming BE305 challenge, participating buildings will have a face off to see which can achieve the best water and energy efficiency results. For more information, please email Marta Marello.
