          Nominate Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department employees who demonstrate exceptional customer service or find opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers

          Selected quarterly and annual winners are eligible to receive Administrative Leave and/or monetary compensation for “Causing the Ripple Effect."
