Campaigns, Design Services & Branding

The Communications and Customer Experience Department (CCED) creative designs, develops and executes campaigns as well as provide comprehensive creative graphic design. We also ensure that the design and branding reflect policies and procedures. Some of the products we produce include invitations and programs for special events, newsletters, ads for publications, ceremonial checks, cover designs for reports, chart enlargements (up to 30" x 40"), and flyer and poster design. We can also mount photographs and posters on foam core for displays.

Timeframes

  • On average, design projects are completed within seven to ten working days.
  • To allow adequate time for printing and mailing invitations, we request at least three (3) weeks' advance notice. 
  • Complicated design projects can require a longer period for turnaround. A budget code is required to cover the cost of materials.
  • Please contact Creative and Branding Services for deadlines that are less than 10 working days.

Design Requests

All graphics requests must come through a service request ticket to Creative and Branding Services. All necessary information and elements are needed to submit the request – photos, text/copy, due dates, specs and a description of the work required.
