Miami-Dade Transit service for Thanksgiving

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving, Miami-Dade Transit will be operating <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/global/transportation/metrobus.page">Metrobus,</a> <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/global/transportation/metrorail.page">Metrorail</a>, and <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/global/transportation/metromover.page">Metromover</a>, including <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/global/news-item.page?Mduid_news=news1603294207891707">MetroConnect</a>, on a Sunday schedule.  On Friday, November 28, 2025, Miami-Dade Transit will provide regular weekday service. Miami-Dade County offices will be closed, including all DTPW’s administrative, Customer Service and Special Transportation (STS) offices will be closed on both Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2025. However, STS customers can call the reservation number (305-871-1111) to reserve or cancel an STS trip. Transit riders who prefer to access services online can purchase or reload an EASY Card in the Transit Store or the GO Miami-Dade Transit app, Token Transit app, Citymapper, Transit app, Moovit, SoFloGo, or use contactless payments to pay fares.

Customers can also submit a new application for a Golden Passport EASY Card on DTPW’s Golden Passport online page or report a lost item at Lost and Found.
