Early Voting opens today from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through November 1
The Miami-Dade County Office of the Supervisor of Elections reminds voters that Early Voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election begins today, Monday, October 19 and will run for two weeks through Sunday, November 1, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 28 locations across the county.
During Early Voting, registered Miami-Dade County voters may cast their ballot at any Early Voting location in the county, providing voters with the flexibility to choose the site, date and time that is most convenient for them. A full list of locations can be found on our website at www.votemiamidade.gov.
Voters are also encouraged to review their customized sample ballot, research the candidates and questions appearing on their ballot, and view Early Voting locations and current wait times. Voters may print their sample ballot or take a screenshot of their selections to bring with them when they vote.
“With 28 Early Voting locations open for 14 consecutive days, voters have many opportunities to make their voices heard in this important General Election,” said Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections Alina Garcia. “We encourage every voter to make a plan, review their ballot before arriving at the polls, and take advantage of the flexibility that Early Voting provides. Being informed and prepared helps make the voting experience easier for everyone.”
Voters should bring a current and valid government issued identification containing their name, photograph and signature when voting. A Voter Information Card is not required to vote but may help expedite the check-in process.
Voters who have received a Vote-by-Mail ballot may return their completed ballot by U.S. Mail or at a Secure Ballot Intake Station located at any of the 28 Early Voting locations during Early Voting hours of operation. After early voting, voters may only return vote-by-mail ballots at Elections Headquarters in Doral or at the Downtown Branch Office at the Stephen P. Clark Center. Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by 7 p.m. Nov. 3.
