Platting Hold Harmless

Applicants must submit all required Hold Harmless documentation for review and approval through the Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal. This includes the completed Hold Harmless letter and any supporting documents. All submissions, reviews and approvals will be processed online, allowing you to track progress in real-time through one convenient location.

In order to submit the Platting Hold Harmless, you will need an active CSS Portal account. If you do not have an account, you can create one directly in the CSS Portal.
