Recreation, Tourism, and Resiliency Committee

The committee oversees and ensures the effective management of the County's resources and programs related to animal services, libraries, parks, and the arts and cultural affairs community. The committee also provides oversight for major recreational and cultural capital projects. Additionally, the committee provides adequate oversight and direction in the implementation of key environmental initiatives, such as the Back Bay Study recommendations and monitoring the health of Biscayne Bay.
