Web Guide

Miami-Dade County's web portal, miamidade.gov, is the official online source to access government information and services. On average, the web portal boasts over a million unique page views per year. It is also the platform for viewing webcasts of government meetings, accessing surveys and submitting feedback, performing online transactions, and subscribing to receive mobile alerts, public notices and e-newsletters. Users can also create a profile to customize their account, link to their Water and Sewer Department account and access a growing number of self-service options.

All content providers, application developers and related managers should familiarize themselves with the County's Web Guide, which explains website standards that are followed, the tools available to agencies and the procedures that guide web content and application development in Miami-Dade County.
