Fats, oils and grease (FOG) have become a major problem for Miami-Dade County's sewer system. Businesses, especially restaurant owners, can learn how to reduce their impact, as well as get guidelines and additional information.

FOG 23rd Roundtable

The Division of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) is hosting the 23rd Roundtable, a virtual Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) meeting for restaurant owners and related businesses on Wednesday, May 24 at 10 a.m.
