Miami-Dade County's Ryan White Program distributes federal grant funds to HIV/AIDS service organizations, community-based clinics, other non-profit organization, public hospitals (for outpatient services), and educational institutions. More than 9,000 program-eligible, low-income people who reside in Miami-Dade receive medical care or support services through this program. The Ryan White Program must always be the payer of last resort.

Ryan White Program services include core medical services and support services. The 2022-2026 Miami-Dade County Integrated HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Plan details goals and strategies to combat HIV and AIDS.
