This will be an in-person meeting, interested parties must appear in person to participate.
If you wish to present materials at the hearing please do so. Large exhibits may be brought to the hearing, however, an identical letter-size copy of each exhibit must be submitted for the file and will not be returned.
If you are in need of a translator for this meeting, one can be provided for you at no charge by calling (305) 375-1244, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting date.
The applicant and/or applicant's attorney must be present at the hearing. All others must have a pre-approved power of attorney to represent the applicant. Forms for the power of attorney are available in the Zoning Hearing Processor Section. The completed power of attorney form must be submitted to the Zoning Hearing Processor at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled zoning hearing.
Be advised that if your item has not been heard prior to the ending time for this meeting, it will be deferred to the next available meeting date for this Board.
