Reserve a Workspace through the Office Hoteling Program
The Internal Services Department (ISD) is proud to launch its Office Hoteling Program for County departments. The program is an innovative initiative that provides reservation-based, flexible workspaces to County employees. These spaces are non-dedicated, non-permanent workspaces available for reservation on an as-needed basis.
Hoteling is currently limited to the Stephen P. Clark Center (SPCC) while ISD ascertains the level of interest from departments before expanding the program across a broader range of County facilities.
All workspaces promote social distancing and are sanitized after each use. Face coverings are required at all times.
Reservations are available for a full workday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the 24th floor of SPCC. Use of the workspace outside these hours must be made in advance. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the hoteling location and other details.
The following information is required to make an online reservation:
- Department name
- Full name
- Email address
- Employee ID (e-number)
- Telephone number
- Date of reservation
- Type of space and equipment (desktop or thin client)
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
