If you wish to present materials at the hearing please do so. Large exhibits may be brought to the hearing, however, an identical letter-size copy of each exhibit must be submitted for the file and will not be returned.

The applicant and/or applicant's attorney must be present at the hearing. All others must have a pre-approved power of attorney to represent the applicant. Forms for the power of attorney are available in the Zoning Hearing Processor Section. The completed power of attorney form must be submitted to the Zoning Hearing Processor at least seven days prior to the scheduled zoning hearing.
