Where do I access the training?
Choose one of the two options below:
  • self-paced courses – view recorded sessions below
  • attend facilitated sessions - an INFORMS trainer presents recorded courses with a Q&A after the recording is played. Visit the INFORMS Calendar and save meeting information for the training sessions to your Outlook calendar.
Where can I reach out for assistance?

Multiple support avenues are available. Depending on your needs, please select from the following options:

  • Review INFORMS Training to answer how-to questions. For example how to enter time, how to approve time or how to request an absence
  • Reach out to your DPR if you have HR-related questions
  • Submit an online ticket with myIT or call the ITD Service Desk 305-596-HELP (4357) if you have technology issues.
