Please allow 2-5 business days for your request to be processed. Requests for disconnection of water service are completed 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  For immediate assistance please contact our Customer Service Unit at 305-665-7477 during regular business hours: 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday - excluding holidays).
